Presently working as Scientist & Assistant Director in DKTE Centre of Excellence in Nonwovens, Ichalkaranji

Previously worked as Scientist in Wool Research Association, Thane (Linked to the Ministry of Textiles, Govt. of India) (Centre of Excellence for Sportech)

• More than 5 years experience in Research and Development, Project Management, Product/Process Development & Improvement, etc.
• Efficiently handled & served as Project Investigator for research and development projects  sponsored by Ministry of Textiles at Wool Research Association, Thane
• Having experience of liasoning with Office of The Textile Commissioner, Ministry of Textiles
• Technical Textiles- especially on Nonwovens and sports textiles 
• Good knowledge of Woollen and Worsted processing, Carpet manufacturing and processing.
• More than 20 research and review papers published in national and international journals.
• Working as an editorial member of the quarterly published news bulletin “Nonwovens Bulletin” by DKTE COE in Nonwovens. Previously worked as editorial member of WoolTech Newsletter, quarterly publication by Wool Research Association, Thane
• Having experience of organising & conducting technical training programmes, seminars & conferences
• Software orientation: Web Designing, Development & Maintaining , Visual Basic 6.0, Corel Draw, Dreamweaver etc.
